FAQ and Policies

Processing Time

Ready to Ship Orders (RTS) are shipped within 2-4 business days. All custom orders are shipping around 4-6 weeks wait time as of March 1. If needed sooner please get in touch regarding current shipping times.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. The option to upgrade to Priority Mail is available on all orders at the time of checkout. Any package weighing over 1 lb. is automatically shipped Priority Mail. Your items will typically arrive to you within 2-6 business days after shipping. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number so you can follow along as it makes its way to you.   

International Shipping

We welcome international orders! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail service. Delivery time for all International orders once shipped varies by country. Most customers receive their packages within 10-14 business days. However, some can take up to 4-6 weeks. Tracking number is always provided for your convenience.

First Class shipping to most countries is reasonable in price and is usually acceptable, but does not allow insurance. Little Beans Creations cannot assume the cost for loss or damage in shipping. Insurance coverage to most countries with USPS Priority Mail shipping is fairly reasonable and an available option during the check out process.

All duty and taxes incurred for International packages are the responsibility of the customer. Due to legalities, we cannot mark packages as gifts or lower their value. If you are in a country that has high customs fees, we suggest you order items separately.

Please note that you assume all responsibility for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Return Policy

We want you to love your handmade items. All returns/exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis. Due to the majority of our items being custom made, I generally do not accept returns. However, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase and will do what I can to help make sure every product you receive is exactly what you hoped it would be. 

We work hard to ensure that your Little Beans Creations product arrives happily in your hands. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please report this to us within 72 hours of receipt of the package.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the order was a gift, the recipient will receive store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

I love being able to create a unique, personal item for customers and friends and always happy to create something special for you. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact me at LittleBeansCreations@gmail.com and we can chat about what I can create for you. 

Please note, when I make a custom item it may take some time (3-5 weeks) to find the best materials and to make your item perfect. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.
