FAQ Policy
Processing Time: Ready to Ship orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days, while custom orders typically ship within 2-6 weeks. For urgent requests, please reach out to us for current processing times.
Domestic Shipping: U.S. orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, based on weight, with Priority Mail automatically applied to packages over 1 lb. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships, and delivery usually takes 2-6 business days.
International Shipping: We ship internationally via USPS First Class International. Delivery times vary by country, usually taking 10-14 days, but can extend up to 4-6 weeks. All customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, and we are unable to mark packages as gifts or lower their value.
Return Policy: Returns/exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, with a general no-return policy for custom items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours for a refund or store credit (for gift orders). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Custom Orders: We love creating personalized items! For custom requests, please email us at LittleBeansCreations@gmail.com. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production and delivery of custom orders.
Sold Out Items: If your desired item is sold out, contact us via email, and we will arrange to create and ship your product, typically within 3-4 weeks.
